• What is Photography? History & Purpose - Discuss visual storytelling + photo scavenger hunt

• Phone Photography Basics - Explore composition, lighting, angles

• Rules of Composition - Apply rule of thirds, leading lines, framing

• Lighting & Exposure - Indoor/outdoor light study

• Focus, Depth of Field - Phone portrait + landscape challenge

• Portraiture: Capturing People - Class portrait workshop (natural/studio light)

• Manual Settings Deep Dive - ISO, aperture, shutter speed exercises

• Editing Basics - Lightroom & Photoshop

• Photo Walk

• Review & Critique
  

Section one will be held on successive Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the studio beginning on September 16. There will be no class on October 23.
